Goal Crushing!

March 2020 vs March 2021

I was 7 weeks post op in the picture on the left. I had just returned to work and was down almost 30 pounds from my hospital weight and about 50 pounds from my highest weight.

I donโ€™t even know where to beginโ€ฆ.

Hereโ€™s the latest update. I am down 77lbs. Havenโ€™t seen this weight in about 11 years. Itโ€™s been 7 months. I am over the top proud of myself. Learning patience while achieving these goals takes so much discipline. And I am here for it. I am my own goals!!!

Every now and then you come across a moment in life where youโ€™re like WOW! Everybody who knows me is like I donโ€™t ever recall you being that sizeโ€ฆ..well I was. That was the reality of LIFE thenโ€ฆ. but NO MORE!! That weight is gone and will never return. Letโ€™s get this work folks. Stay motivated

1 year difference!! This was July 4th. This has always been one of my favorite bathing suits and now I love it even more. I am in shock every time I do these. So grateful I made the decision to change my life.ย

Transformation literally means going beyond your form

I havenโ€™t worn this outfit in a year. Hereโ€™s to week 35!! I received so many complements on this outfit while I was in the Bahamas. I can not wait to go back. 80lbs lighterand I feel so good. Best decision I ever made. Happy Weight loss Wednesday!!

When your co-workers keep saying your clothes look too big and you need to buy new scrubsโ€ฆ.#weightcheck. I can see it
